Location: Windus | Hey guys, since we're still gathering info of why some of you are disconnecting from game often. We would want to ask you a few questions to help us further the data collecting.
1) You disconnect every 5 minutes or a few times a day?
2) Which country are you from?
3) Which operation system (Windows XP, VISTA, 7, etc) are you using?
4) Are you using a Destop or a Laptop?
5) Are you using a wireless or wired internet when playing WonderKing?
Thank you all. This will really help us determine the disconnection issue you are facing.
Just for your info, Hackshield might be the cause to the disconnection problem. If you are disconnecting every 5 minutes exactly, try to disable some tasks you are running by going to:
1) Click on Start on your destop.
2) Choose "Run" > type "msconfig" on the Open box > click "OK".
3) Click on the "Startup" tab and disable some startup programs that you are running.
4) Restart your computer and try WonderKing again. |

1)I connect a few times a day randomly, sometimes I cannot attack or move sometimes I can move and kill things and get exp sometimes the game glitches and I get more items sometimes I get less.
2)I am from United States of America.
3)I use Vista/ Windows 7
4)Both Desktop and Laptop, it is the same on both
5)Wireless connection.

i got disconnect evey 5 minutes when i was doing mission quest at top of temple.but it stop after i left
but sometime i also get d/c every few other days

| 1) like a few times a day i will disconnect. Wonderking will just shut off in the middle of me typing or something. Also everytime i pvp right after i push "exit" i disconnect.

Location: Canada | 1) rarely DC to desktop, but sometimes everything just suddenly stops responding (monsters dont die, i dont get hit, no chat, etc) and i have to exit the game to fix it... i think that's a DC but the game just doesnt close.

| 1. i don't disconnect but i think it is way more laggy since the last server check. i am almost dead a lot because my pots lag... also i get stuck at the spot when using the vulcano skill - when it says there is not enough room to use it. it used to be enough to relog but now i have to get back to a town to be able to move again. and i get stuck when logging off most of the time lately too.

Location: Canada, Quebec | 1) Few times a day. Happened twice while I was grinding in Moles Mine. I don't dc else where. Edit: Just dc'ed again, maybe 10 minutes after my last dc. I feel I'll be dc'ing a lot with this patch ...

1. Sometimes I disconnect every 10-20 minutes but sometimes rarely. I don't think it depends on the time. It's most likely random.

I get disconnections a lot more likely when there are hide and seek events and for some reason, I get them a lot in Giant Potion maps but it's most likely just coincidence.
It has nothing to do with PVPing. I rarely PVP and in fact, I never disconnected when I PVPed.
It has nothing to do with entering portals. I tend to disconnect while travelling or fighting most likely.
I don't disconnect as much when I am in the market or just standing around but I still do a little bit
I wish I could answer some more questions to get this fixed asap. |

I disconnect every 5 to 15 minutes, especially when I use some specific skills on a large group of monsters, as well when I either get request to PVP or when I get out of PVP room.

Randomly... sometimes 5 minutes... 8 minutes... 15 mins, 35mins, etc. Rarely ever goes 60 minutes without d/c
